A friend of mine,Lucy was excited and came to work in New York alone. Since she worked late and lived alone, she was too lazy to cook on weekdays. On the way home from work, she just bought something to eat and solved her dinner problem. Two months ago, Lucy frequently experienced symptoms such as diarrhea. 1. Improper dinner can cause stomach problems

The stomach is the organ that most requires people to pay attention to eating time. It has a physiological peak period and a trough period. If dinner is not eaten or too late, the peak period of the stomach will be missed, and the gastric acid in the gastric juice will cause damage to the stomach due to insufficient food to neutralize. 2. Wrong eating at dinner can cause obesity

3. Incorrect eating dinner will cause more dreams

6. Improper dinner can cause bowel cancer

1. Dinner late

If you eat too late for dinner, you will miss the peak working period of the stomach, and the lack of food-neutral gastric juice will damage the stomach and cause stomach diseases. At the same time, the stomach working during the trough period cannot fully digest the food in the body, which affects the entire digestive system and causes various related diseases.

2. Dinner was too greasy

Dinner is too greasy, and the body cannot consume too many calories, which produces a lot of blood lipids. Over time, the accumulation of blood lipids can cause blood vessel blockages and atherosclerosis, which also increases the risk of hypertension and coronary heart disease.

3. Overeat at dinner

Over-eating at dinner will lead to the overload of various organs in the digestive system.It will also affect other organs, causing a variety of diseases, such as diabetes, gastric ulcer, bowel cancer, obesity ,and so on.

4. Eat too fast for dinner

If you eat too fast or too fast for dinner, the food will not be chewed and ground adequately. 3. Pay attention to the combination of meat and vegetarian dishes for dinner

It is recommended to focus on the meat and vegetable mix for dinner, and not focus on delicious food. You can eat some lean or fish meat properly to supplement your nutrition. Besides, you can eat more vegetables and coarse grains to help the normal operation of the digestive system and promote the digestion of food eaten at dinner.
